So what is an NFT? Here’s the legal jargon:

An NFT is a one-of-a-kind, non-fungible, cryptographic token representing a unique digital asset for which there is no copy or substitute. An NFT cannot be substituted for another NFT as each NFT is distinctive and unique in some way. An NFT is not a medium of exchange and is not convertible virtual currency. Each NFT is secured by the blockchain, meaning your NFT is Unique and Licensed by Elf Yourself. Once claimed, you are responsible for safeguarding your wallet and NFT, as it cannot be recovered if lost.

In short, it is an opportunity to create a unique, personal, piece of digital art, that will combine our artistic interpretation of the elves, with a stylized version of your uploaded face.

ElfYourself NFT is available for purchase by users – only within the ElfYourself App, and only during the holiday season (early November through January 1st) while supplies lasts
Each ElfYourself art image will be unique, combining different accessories and attributes, with no two alike. But it will also be one-of-kind because it incorporates your face.
Your uploaded face will be auto-stylized and incorporated into the art.
The purchased art cannot be selected or chosen – it will be uniquely constructed when you make your purchase, and delivered to you as-is. There is no option to reject or return the art so we want to provide you with as much information as we can to understand what you are buying.
We’ve provided below several examples of the style of ElfYourself art that will be used for creating your NFTs. These are only examples, and your own purchased art may differ considerably, but will be in the same style.
Once created, the ElfYourself NFT will be automatically listed on public NFT marketplaces* where they will be displayed to the public, and if you wish can be made available for purchase.
